TOBY INTERVIEWS WYATT EARP

Toby > Question #1 : Wyatt Earp is a great name. Being that he was a cowboy gunslinger, I have to ask the obvious question first… are you a fan of the Old West?

Wyatt Earp > Sure am!! Love watchin’ all those cool cowboys flicks especially John Wayne ones…kinda not sure ’bout those funky big “dogs” they ride around on but I do dig the Ole West WOOFERS! All I can say is Yippee Ki WOOF!!!!

Toby > Question #2 : You seem awfully sweet to be named after tough old Wyatt. I’m guessing you can let out a bang when you eat too much people food. What else do you have in common?

Wyatt Earp > Oh yeah, I can clear a room if dinner is good!!! I’m a big dog and just like Wyatt Earp I stand out from the PACK and rule the dog park and beach when I go. Everbuddy always says far and wide when I show up…”It’s Wyatt Earp the Big Dog” and they clear out! Oh yeah, I’m kinda famous ’round deez parts! If I don’t like the way somebuddy looks at me, I’ll flip ‘em over and hold them there til they say “Milk Bone”! WOOF THAT!! I’m sorta a bully…

MISTY INTERVIEWS SNOTFACE

Misty > Question #1 : Do you prefer to be called Snotface, Mr. Snotface; or can I dispense with the formality and just call you Snot?

Snotface > You can call me anything you like, even Bob – but I usually only answer to Snotface or Snotty.

Snotface Ferret

Misty > Question #2 : I read in your profile that you consider yourself a Ferret Ambassador. Can you tell me a little more about your role as an Ambassador?

Snotface > I reach out to others online and offline to dispel any bad gossip about ferrets. We ferrets can be a rare sight in public and many people don’t know much about us. I like to meet as many folks as I can to show them what great pets ferrets can be and right any misinformation or prejudices they might have about us.

SALSA INTERVIEWS COOPER THE CHIHUAHUA

Salsa > Question #1 : Cooper, I saw your photo on your TokiPoki.com profile.  That’s a great coat! Where’d you get it? I like a dog who can show his wild side!

Cooper wearing his stylish coat

Cooper > Awwww Salsa, thanks for the sweet compliment! I got my coat at a pet boutique called Muttropolis. It is a great shop! I love to wear clothes that make me stand out! My clothes are very special to me. I actually have my own big drawer in my Mommy’s dresser! My favorite store to shop at is Pet Hideaway at Seaport Village in downtown San Diego!  When my parents dress me I get really happy! It means we are going out, unless I am in my robe of course!

Salsa > Question #2 : Importante Questions…

Can you bark in English and in Spanish or do you just speak slowly?

Cooper > Of course I bark in English and Spanish too… I am a Chihuahua!!!! I don’t bark too much though. Everyone says for a Chihuahua I don’t make much noise.

…and can you move your paws and shake your tail to my music?

Cooper > I love to move my paws and shake my tail to your music!!! You are a very talented girl, Salsa!

COOPER INTERVIEWS SURF DOG RICOCHET

Cooper > Question #1: Ricochet – can I call you Rico? – how did you get into surfing?

Ricochet > You can call me Rico, but most people call me Ric or Ricki for short! I got into surfing when I was just an 8 week old puppy. My human mom asked me to get on a boogie board in a kiddie pool. She had lots of treats, so I thought “why not”. I was able to balance really well. So, she kept practicing with me, and we’d take baby steps. First in the kiddie pool, then I went into a bigger pool. Then a bay, and finally the ocean.

Ricochet > Yes! For sure share the video. We didn’t expect it to get so many views on YouTube, but since it did, we want everyone to see it now!

ROXY INTERVIEWS TOKI

Roxy > Question #1: For all of our fans that don’t know…what exactly is Toki Poki?

Toki > TokiPoki.com is an online pet community with members from all over the world. Most of our members have their own trading cards and use them as a fun way to get to know each other. We can meet other pets and share photos online…AND help our owners connect with each other so that they can have more resources for caring for us. It also gives us pets a chance to help out other pets in need by donating back to organizations through the sales of our trading cards.

Roxy > Question #2: What inspired the concept of pet trading cards?

Toki > I figured that every one of us pets is a super star and we all deserve recognition – so that’s when I decided that everyone should have their own trading cards that they can share. Mom says that she was inspired by the idea of pet trading cards to help raise awareness of pets while also getting to know the kids and parents in your neighborhood. It’s a fun way to make friends!

Pawparazzi

Roxy > Question #3: How do people use the pet trading cards?

Toki > The cards are great for giving out to friends and family, and even your neighbors so they can get to know a little bit about you. It’s no different than carrying a photo in your wallet! Some people even use the trading cards as business cards. The trading cards are also used to help pets in need – when TokiPoki.com sells our group packs of trading cards, 50% of the sale price is donated to a pet-related cause. And several times a year we deliver thousands of trading cards to children who are in hospitals to bring a smile to their faces when they can’t be at home. So far this year, we have delivered Valentine’s Day and Bunny Hop pet trading cards to Children’s Hospitals.
